Irony is...

...being in bed loaded with the cold, surrounded by used hankies and receiving a competitor pack for the Great Scottish Run!

I'm excited but scared as this will be my first 10k and with one thing and another I don't feel prepared for it. Due to hurting my foot a few weeks ago I will mainly be walking round the course but what this means is my time for any other 10K I do will be better.

Tomorrow I'll blip about the other bundle of joy I received in the post.
