vena cava filter

My sister finally got her vena cava filter removed.
All the doctors down here told her it could stay in and wouldn't be a problem after they tried to remove it but were not able to. But my parents took her up to the mayo clinic in jacksonville. The doctors there told her that it needed to come out right away.
So glad we decided to get another opinion. Right after the removal she said she felt better, its been in there over a year now.


It makes me think of that creepy bug thing from the matrix...its two inches long.
