Fungi

Despite the fact that today started with glorious sunshine, I popped out to Sainsbury's at lunch under grey skies and returned in a heavy drizzle. I might have gone all by myself but as I stopped to shelter under a tree I soon had a fun guy for company.

Sorry, that should be I soon had fungi for company, in the form of these five very large toadstools. They're certainly thriving in this somewhat damp August.
