Square Dance

This is a very lazy blip...sorry.

We've been to see Sarah (horrigans) and her family today and her new house, which I've been dying to see.

The house is wonderful...all quirks and crazy angles and very in keeping with the Horrigan vibe :-)

We nearly never made it. My teeny sleep-terrorist kept me awake most of last night so Bob removed himself to the spare room to give us more space and then both of us over-slept. Running around like a lunatic with one leg in a pair of trousers, bellowing commands to H to 'clean your teeth' and to Bob to 'make sure the changing bag is packed,' I clean forgot to pack my camera and my memory card for my G9 (handbag camera) was languishing in my laptop (GAH!) and my iPhone had run out of charge...Some days I feel life is ganging up on me!

Then we used my hubby's sat-nav, which has a warped sense of humour and a pathological hatred of A roads!

Anyway late arrival not-with-standing lunch with Sarah and Nick is always fun because...well...we both have eccentric children so it reassures both sets of parents :-))

So...lunch laughs and travelling via the 'scenic' route has been the order of the day and we've had a good one :-)

The weather though...BLEURGH!!!!! So this is a bright, colourful, happy blip which reflects our happy day...and my love of all things optical illusion-y
