Did the ball go in, I hear you ask? And the answer is y-e-e-e-e-e-s-s-s-s, of course

This was a small part of the activities that took place today in one of our local sports centres, organised by my local authority and aimed at children and young people with a range of disabilities.

It's our last session of the school summer holiday activities tomorrow, which have also included music, dance, games, creative arts and craft workshops.

Have met some amazing and truly remarkable children, their parents and their carers and worked with some great people, who are so full of non-stop energy! Wow! May just some of your energy rub off on me!
