It's going...

...going, not yet gone.

If you look closely you can just about spot the red circle below the eye. This used to be a spider vein that appeared when I was pregnant with my first child and up until now, never went away. It seems to have decided to get away and I wonder if there is any significance in that? Maybe it's the good-bye to children in nappies and a hello to yet another stage in their development and our being as a family.

It's also another step towards that ever elusive self-portrait. I'm going step by step and am trying to look natural - not the easiest! but I'll persevere.
