If only I'd had a dinghy and scuba gear ......

... I might have found the pot of gold!

This afternoon, my long-suffering husband came on a blip walk around Dovestones Reservoir with me.

What a walk! All the sheep looked up and 'smiled' as I took photos, the sunlight lit up the surrounding hills, and the water gushed down from the hills quite spectacularly.

Unfortunately, about 3/4 of the way around, with no shelter in sight, the heavens opened. As we hurried to complete our circuit, my husband looked to his left and saw the rainbow start to form. We watched open-mouthed as the colours developed, then faded. Both ends of the rainbow seemed to touch the water.
