Alien

Despite last night's late finish, the kids made their usual early start. More lazing about in the pool on today's agenda. Great excitement at finding this praying mantis on a beach ball. Katherine had found one last year on holiday here and was hoping to see another. You can see where folk designing aliens get their ideas from.

Huge steaks for dinner tonight (with more of that delicious blue cheese) and another lovely evening on the terrace (despite a daft fight between me and Mr B over size comparisons between two hypothetical things!)

And suddenly the holiday is nearly over...
