Black tie event

What a grey day, spent the morning sorting out various paperwork that has been long overdue, then cleaned the van inside and out and returned it to its store for the winter.
The governor's turn to cook tonight so I got on with getting ready for tomorrow, quite like old times, early start, long complex day working on getting the brief right for a front end study, followed by Black Tie dinner in London, and all to an "aggressive" timescale!
Still, staying over in a cheap and cheerful hotel and have a leisurely day Friday, so not too much like work.
Will possibly miss out on Blips tomorrow, would love to take the camera to the dinner but it does spoil the line of the jacket don't you think? Maybe get something en route so to speak.
