Billy Goat

It pays to look up

Good day yesterday, and it all hung together, M25 was OK, trains ran more or less on time and the meeting went well. Bit of a rush at the close to get to the black tie "do" and I missed out on a Blip.
Coming back this afternoon, took a look above the shop fronts looking for something different - vaguely thinking about urban texture but that was last week wasn't it? London never disappoints, there is always something out of the ordinary or quirky, and here it was outside Liverpool St station. Was it a pub, it isn't now but judging by the tiles and sign it probably was. So how does a pub 50 ft from the front door of a mainline station get to fail?
