Anniversary View

We celebrated our six year wedding anniversary (although we've been together for far longer) in a restaurant that has been built into a rockface. It was probably the only really good view we got all holiday. We wanted to sit inside - inside the rock, but they wouldn't let the dog in, so instead sat in the slightly chilly late summer evening and looked out over this. The food was stupendous. I had mille feuille of goats cheese and tomatoes, with basil dressing, and pintade with trompettes de la mort - truly to die for.
