Airbus A380 lands at Manchester Airport

Much of yesterday's local news programme was about this giant of a plane's first flight into Manchester Airport, due on 1st September 2010 at lunchtime.

The Airbus A380 is the world's biggest passenger plane, carrying 517 passengers when full!

Today at work, we kept an eye on the skies , and this is a shot of the Airbus A380, albeit from a great distance, and through dirty windows (I've mentioned before that they don't open; so we can't throw ourselves out!)
