can't keep a good man down

C decided to do the Junior Great Scottish Run 3k today, despite his cold, and did pretty well for his first race in a long time. Speedy was speedy, as usual, and just kept 'popping up' everywhere! Heading to A'desk and K's for the last bbq of the season tonight will be nice to catch up with everyone :)
