Thankyou Mrs Bear!

Well we cycled the route of the ADH race today and after feeling pretty dire on the second col and knowing what was ahead - the alp! I was thinking that the race would be a bit of a battle in a weeks time, but with some rest who knows?
Anyway we couldnt have done the day without MrsB driving and I couldnt have done the race without her putting up with my 'bizarre' behaviour!
