Raspberry Jam

This is no ordinary Raspberry Jam. This is a made by Planko Wild Raspberry Jam, using the finest hand picked Wild Raspberries from Perthshire (and Silver Spoon sugar).

After several hours picking the Raspberries whilst out walking with the kids yesterday, we made Raspberry Jam today. Its the first time we've ever made Jam and definitely will not be the last. From the tastings we did whilst cleaning up, its far better tasting than the bought stuff. Need to see how long I've to let it rest before getting stuck in.

Picture didnt turn out quite as i had hoped, but its still a postable memento of the day; all the more reason for me buying a big fangled flash and other bits and bobs as the dark nights draw in ;)

Didn't win the lottery, so back to work tomorrow...
