As I was going to St Ives...

We had arranged to meet some friends from Aberdeen who are holidaying in St Ives. Typically it was raining when we got up - grey and miserable. Still off we went and after a cuppa we all decided that if we were going to body board it didn't matter that it was raining.

We were lucky. The rain stopped and although it remained overcast, the rain mostly held off and it stayed warm.

The menfolk and my big 2 went off to body board and I took the oppurtunity to play with the camera.

At one point the sky went a very dark grey but the light was such that the sea was very green. I tried to capture it but in the end I liked this one of Lily playing catch with the waves - to me it looks as if the sea is jumping up to get her...
