As time goes by, we learn more and more and it becomes apparent the depth of the problem is much greater than we realised at first. Houses which weren't obviously damaged have been assessed and are being condemned. As many as one in five in parts of the city. An entire suburb was evacuated today. The water and wastewater networks are in a state. Sanitation could become an issue shortly. We are blisfully unaffected (directly) so far.
