Intense listening...

Today we went to the opera. Not in a stuffy theatre, but once a year the philharmonic orchestra, royal ballet and opera house introduce themselves to a wide audience at a free festival, Klassiek in 't Stad, on the St Jansplein.

We heard pieces of Verdi (Aida) and Mozart (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), sitting in the beautiful sunshine that stayed all day. As you can see on this shot, we were not the only ones enjoying the sun and music
