Never.....

....was so much owed by so many to so few.

Felt more than a little humble today as I bumped into a commemoration at St Paul's Cathedral to the bravery of those who helped protect London during the Battle of Britain. It was aimed at everyone; the pilots who actually did the fighting, ground crew, civilian firecrews, medics, ARP, etc. Until that moment I'd been fretting about being late for a meeting because of the tube strike and the rain lashing down, and it brought a little perspective to my day.

Good meeting with clients you want to work with, and then a flight home with Gordon Brown MP and half a dozen MiB.
