Frustrating day!

I think the shadow probably conveys how I've been feeling today.

Yesterday there was a power outage across the site that houses our regional headquarters. There must have been a bit more to it than that, because all the phones went down and stayed down.

My office isn't on that site, so I deal with the other regional staff by phone or email. Today the phones are still down and I've been emailing requests over, getting delivery and read receipts . . . but not a single response. Very frustrating.
