Abdo night?

Probably not what you're thinking!

Another horribly frustrating day at work today . . . I have the feeling that something is coming to a head, and it isn't going to be good in the short term :(

So a long day and then out to Heriot Watt Conference Centre for some CPD (Continuing Professional Development) & that's where ABDO come in. Association of British Dispensing Opticians: they put on a joint training course for Opticians, Optometrists and Pharmacists, all about eyes. Apparently there was a great meal beforehand but I passed, and was glad I did, the photos were a bit graphic in parts.

It was a good night and very useful, definitely an improvement on work today.
