Paper Flowers

My first ever Triptech.. Spelling?
Could someone please help me by telling me how to save the photoshop file with the date intact so I don't have to 'manually' select the date, not that its a problem, but thought there may be an easier way.

Very relaxing day after yesterday.
Yesterday a group of friends and myself went into Kaiapoi and Pines Beach, both badly effected by the earthquake and shoveled truck loads of silt out of gardens and driveways.
One house had sunken about 25cm and the path around the house was on a 30degree lean.

Was so sad, but felt good helping out the community.

Hope everyone from the Christchurch quake hasn't lost all hope.
