Titanic Town

Arrived in Titanic Town yesterday - its a couple of years since I've had the luxury of wandering round the city centre....my goodness they've been busy!!
Lots of new buildings & conversions, this is a building still to be done up. I've walked past it so many times over the years & never paid it any attention but now with the back drop of new builds it really stands out.
