The Mersey

Had a much better start to the week today. Got to my appointment at the Musculoskeletal Clinic early and was getting back in my car at 9.15. with the promise of an arch support and possibly a pair of shoes made specially for me by the N.H.S. (Can't wait to see those!!!)
Called to see how Cassie was. She was off to Musical Minis so obviously recovered from a bug which seems to have gone through the family.
Took a friend for a blood test and had a coffee and a little retail therapy in a nice little shop (which are being franchised in hospitals now). Back for the test results then home. Came home the river route and blipped along the way. A number of possible shots but chose this one in the end.
