Thistle Down

By Ethel

Gold

There is nothing more treasured,
Than the moments we spend.
Just laughing together,
With our neighbor and friend.

Our life is more happy,
When our door holds our grin.
And you spend your time,
With your friendly call-in.

There is meaning to hand-clasp,
And more binding the tie.
When folks we love dearly,
Will often...drop by.
