Yes and it's hats off and three cheers to the 'fly boys' of the Royal Air Force.

What a welcome they gave me this afternoon!

Just when your starting to get bored looking at those dull, lifeless, mountains and the buzzards and flights of grouse, are getting a bit passe, out of the sun they come with a big hello at 100 feet.


I should point out that this was taken with a standard 55mm lens - pah!

Well it's what the Highlands were made for.
