Keeping the home fires burning.....

It's been blowing a gale here since the middle of last night but funnily enough it bring it's own pleasures.

Today we:

Went for a walk on the beach in the storm.

Met a new chum who'se asked us over or tea.

Made soup.

Made bread

Listened to the afternoon play

..and got ready for a cosy evening with a book and glass of uisge-beatha
