Family mementos.

My Grandfather was a very hard working man, and at the end of the day when he was home, and washed and fed, he liked a drink and a smoke.
This jug was used for collecting his beer from the local public house, and the clay pipes were his too. My mother was usually the one sent for the beer, and even though only a child, this was general practice and accepted.
Although as I've said he worked hard, he was waited on hand and foot when he was at home, and even rattled the spoon on the cup, for my Grandmother to pour another cup of tea when he was ready for it.
