Marble Arch

Today was a much nicer day in London, sunshine instead of heavy showers. So I walked up to Marble Arch to take this photo to blip.

One of the things I love most about London is the history you see round every corner, sometimes where you least expect it. Marble Arch is one of those places - fight your way down Oxford Street (can we not have a pavement one way contra flow system, it's chaos!?) keep going past Selfridges, up past the huge Primark and all of a sudden, this is what you see.

I've got another photo with no traffic in the way, but I like this one with the cyclist pedalling past.
