Cuts

Ventured out to deepest Bo'ness for the away match of the book club. We read 'Pollard' by Laura Beatty, which we decided was an easy read, quite improbable but good. In fact only one person hadn't finished it; a positive sign given there's always two or three with excuses. A very nice meal and I managed to steal away with two full bags of apples grown by the host. I'll be like Diane Keaton in Baby Boom. Or Ecodad.

It'll be an early start for me tomorrow as everyone who normally drives through town will be coming on my road because of the special visitor. The bypass may be the in place to be at 7am.
