Another Pho Day

The office was cold, it was a Pho Day!!!


I probably shouldn't have, due to the sodium and the pending Fashion Show. They were going for burgers, I turn it down politely. Then a co-workers said, "Let's go get Pho instead! Anyone down for that". Oh heck ya...But I will be drinking gallons of water to flush my system of all the salt, but it was well worth it.

This was a new place we tried called Saigon, right across from Hoover High School! :) That's where my mom when to high school! I bet they didn't have a Vietnamese restaurant there when she went to school!
