The last of the last----summer gems.

Chris has now stripped all his tomato plants and these are the very last ones.
We are still eating and cooking the well ripened ones (Nigel Slater's 'Smoky tomato sauce for pasta' can be recommended) and no doubt we will find something to do with these. The green ones can still be added to casseroles etc.

I think they look like a bowl of beautiful gems. Hope we do as well next year.
