No, These are Not Berries!

Yesterday's blip was about one of my Malus trees.

Today also.

There's another one in the front garden. It is a very special "weeping Apple" with branches that bend down and carry many very, very tiny apples. They're really like berrries.

A few years ago I tried to preserve them in sugar and brandy. After preserving them for a few months I planned to dip them ito chocolate...
A big disaster. Both the acidity and the starch level are much too high. They're really not edible.

Anyway, they make a nice blip. Enjoy!
