A lovely day for it

A truly wonderful day to go kayaking on the Thames. This is what the kids normally do on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, my son missed it. He was playing rugby for his school in Guildford today and got caught in traffic on the way home. I made him do his homework instead. He objected big time but he'll thank me tomorrow - he's got the whole day to play with his friend.
Just one child tonight. Both the girls are out on sleepovers.
