Long day

Friday night, and a crisis and late finish at work conspired with yet another traffic accident near Coventry (not mine I hasten to add) meant a late end to the day. I know that days of starting and finishing in the dark are inevitable but I wasn't expecting them in mid-September, still in GMT!

Today's photo was a hastily waved shot towards the car window on the M1 as I returned home. I missed the rainbow and the sunsets due to the small matter of keeping my eyes on the road and hands off the phone, but just managed to catch the impending gloom ?
