Ugly duckling

Back to Myton Fields at lunch today - one of this year's cygnets came to greet me, or rather to beg for food which I didn't have. But it made me realise how time is passing and how long this blog has been going strong - this former cygnet which was newborn in late May is now as big as its adult parents.
