Done that

This is a picture a needed for my collection, I made a similar one last year of the Retriever and I want one of the Husky too. Our zig-zag tactic of the last few days kept us well outside the influence of any tropical storms. The latest one is Lisa and she's at least 400 nautical miles behind us. It is not without a reason that tropical cyclones are born here, the water temperature is 29 degrees right now, making it quite hot outside. It is a must to make a cyclone; you need a watertemperature of at least 28 degrees and a favourable vertical flow of all that massive amounts of watervapor. Once high enough the energy the sun put in the vapor will come out and a new storm is born. It is a basic explanation for an ultra complex system. Rule number one however: you can not destroy energy, you store it in the clouds, it will come out of the clouds (sooner or later). Or: what goes up, must come down.
