Faces.

Another busy day. As Turk pointed out last night, I had the lino to lay, more stuff to move and curtains to sew. Long way away from being finished but the important bits are complete. Daughter even made the tea so feet up by six - luxury!

Or at least it was until I heard the latest hair brained scheme to get kids savvied up on parenting skills. Apparently teenage mums are too stressed out by the thought of ante-natal classes to attend. One interviewee went so far as to say that the "older women" looked down on her in a very disapproving manner.

So, there's a group out there who are looking into using NHS funding to teach kids to be "good" parents and adults by taking ante-natal classes into schools...

Seems like they are giving them a bizarre message. They are effectively saying that these kids are old enough to have a kid, but not old enough to take on the real world. I couldn't get the image of a doll's pram out of my head.

But then, it's been a long day!
