NO PARKING

I've just spent a fair amount of my lunch time removing the yellow lines in this with Photoshop.

But by the time I'd finished the image had shrunk to 400kb, which didn't seem a good idea to me.

So now I've left it as it was taken.

Any advice gratefully received!
