Mummy & I

Had a bit of a bad start this morning,
hours of screaming, as one tooth decided to give hell,
Cuddles from mummy were much needed,
to soothe the cries, wipe away the tears,
held onto tightly, as she gently rocked me to sleep,
Snuggled in so close, my eyes started to flutter,
my wails of discomfort, settling down,
as sleep slowly over took me,
into the land of slumber I went,
soon soft snores were heard,
and mummy enjoyed an hours cuddle,
and some peace and quiet!

Mummy doesn't like blipping herself,
but she was brave today!!
