Garden Cart

This tableau is just two minutes walk from our new lodgings, and it's indicative of what one might call the more "gritty" character of the immediate neighborhood than the street we just left--even though that is just three minutes away (to be sure in the opposite direction. toward downtown Northampton).

The "cart" is intriguing--I suspect that it's not often moved, despite its wheels. And what's the purpose of the glass or plastic panel, which reflects the house across the street? At least the rain gauge (with its relatively large green catchment funnel) seems practical (in contrast to the trinket blipped a while ago by Ralph--I questioned its utility and he agreed).
