Fish market weekend at Laukontori

The annual City of Tampere Day extends this time over the weekend, so there were several happenings for the public to choose from already on Friday. The idea is to offer the city's people lots of opportunities to get to know their surroundings, and everything from museums to NGO events are for free!

We had a beautiful autumn weather, and the weekend is forecast to continue in the same direction.

The blip is processed with Aperture's preset for Cross Process 1. It really made the colours stand out, for instance in the marquees in the background. The new bridge leading to Laukontori was in active use first time, since its construction was finished only in July.
