Behind the scenes

Last night I went to see our local am dram production of the 39 Steps. It is the West End version if anyone has seen it and it is very funny.
I am a member of this group known as the 'Players' but only usually get involved when there is something musical.

Chris and I joined the Players and the Music group, respectively, in our village, about 18 years ago so that our children could participate. The Music group folded so since then we have both been in the Players. Chris mainly does technical and back stage 'stuff' and here he is operating the follow spot.

Didn't take any pictures last night - just wanted to enjoy it, but I popped back to take a few tonight and liked this one the most. We don't have a theatre, this auditorium and stage are under the Congregational chapel! A great asset to our village.
