SAFE AND SECURE?

I have always been amused by the looks on this door to a windmill in our area. I don't know much about breaking and entering, but once my daughter and I used a bolt-cutter to remove a lock from her storage unit. I'm pretty sure I could do the same with each of these locks and am fairly certain that increasing the number of small padlocks does not increase the security. But as of today I have not tested my theory...
