Not just words

Today HB and I went up into London to mooch around and see family. It rained a fair bit, but we were still able to eat our corned beef rolls (tasty!) under shelter, next to the Thames. The river was wild and there was a fair bit of traffic, one boat needing rescued because its engine broke down and it was drifting at speed! We then tried to go to City Hall to see the London exhibit but either we read the website wrong or they were shut when they said they were open... So we walked to the Museum of London and spent time there. I didnt know London was really created by the Romans and that Queen Boudica of Anglia ransacked it after just 10 years... and lots of other interesting history stuff.

This was an exhibit - tweets made within a 3 mile radius of the museum over a couple of summer months. Simple yet really intriguing. ;)
