Homeward Bound

It was time to head home, after a sleepless night in a 24 hour bar in Berlin. We had a giggle and P ended up being chief-escort-the-girls-home again this year.

It was an excruciating wait around the airport with no place to lay a tired head. But I slept all the way home on the plane so I caught up on 2 hours sleep at least.

This was our 4th Magical Mystery Tour....Santiago de Compostella in Spain, then Nice in France, then Vienna in Austria, and this weekend Berlin.

I have to say that Berlin was a surprisingly beautiful city with great character and as I said before, very green.
