Perhaps not quite as action packed a day as Jack Bauer would have, but still managed to fit lots in.

Glad to say unlike Jack, I haven't been injured in any way, and the only "torture" I had to endure was in the form of meetings.

Actually, they weren't torture at all, as the meetings I had were all about helping and supporting people or finding ways to work together.

Tonight JK came for tea with Mags and Mr Mags before she leaves for Jamaica on Sunday. Eubers cooked a fab meal as usual and MP was looking a bit more herself. Her diet today was just plain old yogurt, which she has managed to keep down - at last!!

Killerqueen, SD and C popped over for the tea and cakes course. Thought C looked as if he had grown again so we had a measuring session, and guess what, C is officially taller than me now.. Ahhhhhhh
