Cheeky Katie, again!

18 weeks + 1

We had a really nice day today, one of the mums we met last week at baby group invited us to meet her for a coffee before this weeks baby group. We went to the play cafe with the babies and had a great time.

On the way down to babble and crawl, we passed an estate agent... Lauren said to me 'oh, the house next door to mine is for sale'.... it turned out that owns a house that she rents. And she went on to mention that she's having a bit of a faff at the moment as her tenant is moving out. At which point, my ears pricked up.

We're going to view the house next week.
