Cross-hatch

I missed 2 days and didn't even realize it! I didn't take a single photo either day, how disappointing. Work was long and my evenings were consumed by the new season of Mad Men - photos completely slipped my mind it seems!

I intended to go to yoga tonight (as a long overdue attempt to get back into working out after 5 lazy months away) but then received a mid-day text from a friend asking me to have a glass of wine at her place. Not that it would take much to pursuade me away from the gym (bodies at rest stay...) but she has lived in her current apartment for about a year and never had anyone over. So I couldn't resist. She cooked a basic but lovely meal - salad and soup. I stumbled across tonight's blip while walking up Old Bailey street on the way to her apartment. I loved the cross-section of different lines - the entry gate bars, their shadow, the fence, railing, and painted lines on the ground.
