Teamwork

Chester using Honey as a step-stool for a better view on our way home from grabbing lunch.

My dogs are insane. I have four of them and they all have just as much personality as any person I've ever met.

All week long I've been suffering with otitis externa, aka an incredibly painful ear infection. These four doggies have been keeping vigil around the clock. Today, finally feeling some relief from the pain, I decided to venture out with the pack to pick up lunch. This is always a treat for them and a humiliating burden for me as they delight in furiously barking at everything that moves outside the windows. And considering they're in a moving car, they're barking constantly.

The ride back was much calmer as Honey (my cocker spaniel) opted to lay down on the passenger seat next to me. Chester (my chihuahua) then seized the opportunity to get a better view by standing on her back. Honey didn't seem to notice or care and Chester stayed perched on top of her for the entire 10 minute trip back home.

Those crazy dogs.
